Almost Rolled the New Holland Yesterday

We built a huge retaining wall down in a ravine last year and used our TC35DA with factory loader to move at least 9 tandems of "fill dirt" . I backed each loader full of fill to bottom of ravine . Tedious but safe and not to mention having the machine under control. The hydros made it fun also . It is amazing the amount of materials we have moved with our little bruin. Another thing is in hot weather I only run 1500-2000 RPM ,this machine is loaded with low end torque. Going on 600 hrs of hard core landscaping and haven't phased this tractor.

I personally remove the loader during mowing work but I have a sub-compact and just a few rolling hills which I save for the small rider or push mower.
:)
I mow the wide open spaces of my 2.33 acres with a Kubota BX23 with the 60'' mmm .I've never had rhe FEL or BH off it.
For the smaller tighter close in areas I mow that with a Kubota Bx1500 with a 48'' mmmm.

I almost always take my FEL to mow. The tractor is much more stable without the loader on it. I did an experiment once by seeing how the tractor felt when mowing with and without FEL. I could go on the side of a bank and the tractor felt more stable without the FEL then with it on. It is much smoother mowing without the FEL plus the time I save makes up for the few minutes taking the FEL off. Now if I'm using rotary cutter, I leave the FEL on. You should try mowing without the FEL on once.
I don't have a fel for my BX1500s but I mow with a 48'' mmm on one of them.
