I just haven't had the extra time and money to put into a tractor that doesn't serve much purpose around the farm and wouldn't be worth the expense of a rebuild alone. ditto what the other poster said about oiling. there is a good article ont he net about making a new tube. you essentially cut a piece of copper tube or brake line.. do a lil crimp and solder and drilling.

also.. some oil fitlers that cross to a c159 are not correct as they do not hav e the floss media in them.. and on occasion.. the tube comes off in the filter!

as for a 350$ slave labor paint job.. I was just counting materials alone

On the other hand, the next row over was a JD, 16" 2-way plow. Points and shares had been welded up, and so long ago, the welds were rusty. In fact, the whole plow was rusty. Pics below... I was hoping to pick it up for in the neighborhood of $100.00 for a play thing, for plowing days...

An older fellow, who looked to be in his 70's, paid $625.00 for it..!!
