Restoration nearly complete. I never rebuilt the engine but did clean the sump, oil-pick up screen, replaced filter, new oil pressure gauge. I am now getting great pressure at the gauge but nothing is coming to the top. I've run it for several minutes and I fear my oil passage is blocked some where along the route. Is it possible to remove the rocker assy and perhaps use a wire, air, to go through the passages in the block and rocker assy? Totally at a loss here as I have no idea where the oil passage route is. Since I have it all set up and running I would prefer to put a detergent in the oil. Any ideas on this?

Many thanks GLyford. It had to do with a groove in a special rack bolt used as an oil path to the assy. I was not aware of this and probably have it in another location. Simple fix, locate the bolt and put in the right hole. I love this site.
Thanks again

Well, Glyford, my previous post was not the problem at all. I posted the problem on another forum and found that the oil feed was indeed through the SIDE of the block and fed by the oil line going to the mag. Still a simple fix and still thank you for your reply which in effect got me to the proper source in the end.
