I had the same problem with MA and CT dealers. There prices are a complete JOKE! I know and want a dealer to make something, but when I can buy it for over $2,500 cheaper for the same thing in NY (Emerich Sales) something is wrong.

These dealers need to come down to earth.

My L3710 is 5+ years old, it never had any warrantee work, and I've done all the preventive maint, (fluids and filters) on it except for 2 flat tires. Since they were loaded I had a mobile service take care of them.

I bought from a dealer about 3 hours away. I now need warranty work done and have 2 dealers close. I stopped by the closest one a few months ago for Kubota filters. I could tell they were not interested in my business since I wasn't one of "their" customers. I didn't even call them regarding the warranty work. The second dealer (25 minutes) was not only happy to do the warranty work, but even apologized that it would take 2 days to get started on it because of work in progress for others. My suspicions about the first dealer have been confirmed by others in this area that have tried to do business with them. Most say they won't go back.
It is like every business or profession - it is the people that make it good or bad. Some people live to be offended, others live to serve. Thank God for those that serve while they make money!
