Part number LVU26037, if s/n over 940000 and is $382 from greenpartsstore. Found in jdparts.com

If s/n less than 940000, the part number is MIU10176 and is $405. So gives you some ballpark estimate of the damage.

Not sure of the glass cost but it recently happened to someone else here also. I have glass coverage on my insurance. Have you checked your policy for coverage or maybe don't have a policy? I figured at some point I may bust a window since this is my first cab tractor and I might do something like that. I know it's going to hurt but hope not too much.

I've done things like this and the only answer is to just pony up the $$ and get it put 100% back ASAP to the way it was. Any less always leaves a hole in your heart and a bad feeling every time you get into the tractor.

If insurance covers why pony, up that is what it is for. I have replaced several windshields over the years and never had an issue with premiums going up ar anything.

If it makes you feel any better, I used to change the mower blades on my B7800 Kubota by just picking the whole tractor up with my big tractor and using chains on the loader to hook on . Really a Homer Simpson idea and all was good until the chain caught on the hood, grill, light assembly and related parts. About $600 and that was 10 years ago.
