Alamo Mott K72

I recently acquired a K72 and I’m having some trouble cross-referencing a few bearings and seals. So far, I’ve identified several of the parts, but I’m still having trouble finding the rotor shaft seal. The measurements I got are approximately 1.82" OD x 1.37" ID.

I’m also not sure of the proper way to disassemble the roller, so if anyone could advise on that process, I’d really appreciate it. It looks like the bearings have self-destructed long ago.
