My new Ag King 3540 is fantastic, now has 10 hours. It has the ZL-30 FEL that works great. The question is, When starting the tractor in the morning, the three point does not want to operate until every thing is well warmed up, at least 10 min. The FEL works fine, no problems at all right off the bat. I have found that raising the FEL and moving the 3 point lever up, upon letting the FEL down, the 3 pt. will raise. When every thing is warm all is OK.

Any info would be greately appreciated.

Thanks

The TPH symptoms are consistent with the wrong hydraulic fluid. Have you checked the dipstick to get a feel for the cleanliness and viscosity of the fluid? It should be almost clear, and drip rapidly off the stick. A lot of these tractors come across with some seriously bad looking fluid, often 30W or heavier. Most of us drain that crap out, flush with kerosene (some use diesel fuel), then refill with AW32 (~10 weight) or AW46 (~20 weight) non-foaming hydraulic fluid
