air in hydraulic system

I have a John Deere 790 tractor with a front end loader. The hydraulic system acts like I have air in the system. It can be hard to steer, or the front end will bounce. The fluid was change 29 hrs ago, and replaced filter and cleaned screen. I was wondering if there is a trick to get any air out of the hydraulic line

The air should have worked it's way out in 29 hours. Hmm.
Are all the hydraulic "things" working at least somewhat?

How to bleed hydraulics on front end loader?

My FEL is most times slow to respond, comes up about a foot, stalls, then goes up smooth at 1500+ rpms. Letting the FEL down it responds well with initial stop but then creeps down 3 to 4 inches fairly quickly. I'm suspecting air in the system is causing this. Can anyone explain where/what line...
