I'm looking to get a new to me tractor with a cab on it. Never had a tractor with a cab, but the older I get, the more I want one. Looking in the 85 - 95 pto horse range. Stopped by a dealer today that has been around for 20+ years selling "foreign" tractors. Since all the tractors in that range are foreign now, I stopped by and talked with him.
He had a Zetor on the lot I looked at that had an air compressor on the tractor in case you needed it. It also had a lever next to the rear fender to raise and lower the arms to help in hooking up 3 point equipment. Never having a cab before, and having long arms, I've always been able to just reach the lever to raise or lower as needed. Throwing a cab into the mix I really like the idea of a lever like this outside the cab where you're standing.
So, since I haven't bought a new tractor in a couple of decades, are there any other tractors that offer these features? Zetor is going to Tier 4 emissions, and I'm not interested in going there. I don't mind used if it's a reliable brand with available parts. What other options are there? At least for the rear 3 point control.
