Agric AL-50 Rototiller?

Does anyone have experience or own an Agric AL-50 rototiller? It has an approx. 55" wide till path. The exact model and serial numbers are on a plate, but it was too dark last night to read them. My local tractor equipment shop is selling it for $1000.00. It seems to be brand new, but has been sitting around for a while. The bolts that hold the tines are rusted. The tines are still painted red (no signs of use), which matches the shroud and housing. I am running it on my Kubota B7800 (30 hp - 23 PTO hp).

Is $1000 an appropriate price?
Can I still get parts for it if it breaks down?
Anything else I need to know?
