agra cat

Is anyone familiar with the small tractor brand agra cat? I can't find any info on them.....there is a local store that sells them cheap, but I am concerned about reliability. Are thay foreign made?

By jolly there was a company here in Rochester that was selling them things. He isn't selling them anymore. I wonder what the deal is there. He was a car dealer so I am sure that didn't help. Maybe he took them on a trial basis to see if he could sell them or not.
