I have an older 6x4 and was curious if there is a way to tell the age via the SN? There is no mfg date under the SN on the rear plate. TIA!

Your Deere dealer can tell you, by running a check on the serial number.

Exactly, they can tell you where it was sold and any service/warranty history also.
