Agco Compact tractors

Hi All,

Anyone have any experience with the Agco Compacts. Have looked at a couple of used ones, low hours, but you see little said about Agco's.

Looking at a ST30X and ST40X. Understand that engines are Iskeki's.

Are these reliable compacts or do they have histories of problems ?

In other words anyone have anything good, bad or ugly to say about them >

Any thoughts on them would be appreciated.

Check the Massey forum for owner comments there, just find out what the comparable MF model is, they are the same tractor.

I own a ST-30x. I have put on 60 hrs in the year that I have owned it. I am very happy with this tractor. I use a 60" bush hog , a 60 " box blade and a 60" tiller. It has a bushhog FEL. I use from 3/4 to 1 gallon per hr. I lose traction before I lose HP. The dealer has been very helpfull fixing the small problems that I did have.
