Aftermarket trans filter for GC?

hey guys, i'm a homeowner with a gc2310 and I love it and my mf dealer has been great helping me move another tractor and implements from my father-in-law's estate. But I just changed all fluids and filters on my tractor and was okay with the pricing til I hit the hydraulic filter (and transmission). It was over 35 dollars...but the first time I wanted to go with the dealer recommendation....I know stuff has gone up but this much for a filter...I'm looking for a replacement myself. Any news since everyone's last post?

Not that I know of.

It's not that it has gone up, it cost $38 in 1995 too.

You can tell I'm just getting my feet wet after a couple years of ownership,, thanks for the tip..I heard people complaining about $25 on another site and thought I'd like to know more..

$42 for the filter for our 1635. MF filter, awesome dealer, so we support them.
