Can anyone recommend a supplier for a “semi-finished” 48” wide materials bucket for a compact tractor? The original bucket on my JD70 loader is beat up. I would like to have a bucket that I can attach to my pallet fork frame, so I’d be fabricating my own brackets that I’d weld to the new bucket. I don’t want to have to cut off SSQA or other attachment points, or fabricate the whole bucket.

Unless you have a local fabricator/welding shop that can make you what you want, my best guess is you are looking at a "custom" build from one of the established ssqa attachment builders and they'll probably charge more than for an "off the shelf" attachment. If the goal is to save money vs a new bucket for your tractor, you may be stuck buying and modifying an import attachment company bucket to suit your needs, OR see what it would take to repair your existing bucket & patch/hammer out the steel as necessary.
