I am wanting feedback on aftermarket loaders for my Kubota L3830. How do they compare with Kubota loaders as far as capacity, lift height, breakout, and cost? I have been looking at a Bush Hog 346, any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

Saxman,
I have had a woods loader and now on a different tractor a bush hog loader.
I can't say enough good about the loader, you won't be dissapointed in the specs. I am completely impressed with the mounting frame and I can lift the back end of my full size extended cab pickup clean off the ground with my bush hog on a thirty horse tractor. Cost was right in the neighborhood of any other aftermarket loader. Unfortunately I have no experience with Kubota loaders but I'd bet my paycheck bush hog would surpass their specs.

I put a Bush Hog 1846Q on a Kubota B2150 that I used to have. Now this is a smaller loader than you are looking at, however I compared to others and the ablilities were as good/better than others. The price was $300-400 less than others I checked on. (Woods, Koyker, and others I can't recall) Confession, I am partial to Bush Hog brand. It worked great and I was very happy with it. It was also available from a local farm supply, which was very conveinent. I have never heard any real complaints on either Bush Hog or Woods. Like many things tractor, local GOOD dealer can make all the difference.
