After purchase Survey

I just got a postcard from Kioti offering me a hat for filling out their buyer's survey.

On the comment section, I gave them crap about my cold start issue on the CK20S. Do you think that was a decent place to tell them to come out with a FIX ASAP?

Better watch, they may withhold your hat... then your head would get sunburned while you're trying to start your tractor. Seriously though, I think it's the perfect time to tell them you're having issues, it is a "survey" after all.
