No. However, as the problem is that there is no voltage at the solenoid when the key is turned to "start", I doubt that it would be significant. FWIW, when I power the starter directly from the battery, it turns fine.
It's a tad late, but FWIW here's the solution that was discovered. One of the fuses (20A) was blown. No relation to anything that controls the electrical system generally, and certainly nothing that would cause the tractor to refuse to start. Spent the am pulling a flail mower. Not even a hick-up. Returned after lunch, it would not turn over. All indicators normal, no sound from the starter solenoid.
