I a hoping that someone will give me a secret to adjusting the linkage so that both of the drive arms on my case 1840 skid steer will have the same speed, feel, etc. One of them goes easy and fast so that side tries to go faster than the other.

Any help that could save me time would be appreciated.

My guess is you have hydrostat drive issues

best to do some troubleshooting first to determine if it is one of the drive motors or one of the hydrostat pump sections.......swapping the hoses for the drive motors may get you a start

Do you have one pump with two sections or two pumps?

Do you know that the drive motors are equal.

If one of them is worn or leaking, it will not run at the same speed given the same GPM.

A flow and pressure test is advisable.
