I'm doing the 400 hour service on my BX1860. Adjusting the HST neutral spring if needed is one of the items. I have tested the machine per the specs in the manual and there is no adjustment needed. However, just for the heck of it I looked for the adjustment arrangement on the tractor so I would know where it was for future reference. I can't find it. I'm not sure if that picture in my manual is a top view or a front view or what but I got under the tractor and looked around and somehow I'm missing it. Would someone steer me into where it is located? Thanks.

On my BX2350 it is just to the right (or passenger side) of the hyd filter, The adjusting nuts face forward. The spring is not that visable. You will need a 13mm open end wrench, a 13mm deep well socket and a ratchet and extension.

Thanks dgraves49. That adjustment arrangement sure is buried up in there!
