Adjusting 422 Treadle

Hi, I have a 1999 422 tractor. I adjusted the treadle 10 or 15 years ago. It needs adjusting again but I can't remember how to it. Appreciate any advice.

If you have a cable control, jack up all 4 wheels so you dont get hurt. And adjust the black cylinder at the end of the tram cable until the wheels don't rotate.
