Built some forks a while back to move wood and pallets about. Made them width adjustable so that they will fit different sizes of pallet, and you can slide them in next to each other for using like a boom pole.

Another great job. I would weld a plate on the front of the forks to keep dirt from filling them and causing rust from the inside. Keep up the good work.

I would weld a stop in the center of those crossbars to prevent you from positioning them offcenter.
Also lithium grease those crossbars to prevent rust and to make it easier to slide the forks.
Very nice job.

BSM, I've got the steel cut and ready, just havent welded it on yet :D Cheers

Thanks Ragcar. I might grease the rails after they have been painted, but they seem to slide easily enough dry, and its a whole load cleaner.

Rob, yes it is. The attachments just hook on the top, and you have to get off to put 2 pins in.

As you can see from the video, I'm still a novice with the loader (trailer needed tipping up anyway ;)), finished it about a month or so ago.
