Home Depot sells Henry brand flashing sealants. Go to Home Depot and look in the roofing section. You will see half a dozen different types of Henry flashing sealant there to choose from. One of them will be designed for wet conditions. I don't remember the numbers, but it won't take very long to read the labels once you get there. Do not use anything else. Henry is miserable stuff to work with, it sticks to everything, especially your fingers, but it also works really good!!!!

PolyUrethane caulking.

Thanks for the links, I also saw some products that I can use to seal the concrete around the pool. The garbage I bought at Lowe's barely lasted a year.

I had to google cricket, really thinking I just want something to last a couple years, tops. When I get a new roof, I'm thinking they can correct the issue then. Perhaps shim the OSB or sandwich some 2x4's at the right height to the existing trusses.
