When building my 4105 on the JD site, it stated that the front aux and rear aux lighting kits were not compatible with each other. I remember reading something about the factory light switch not being able to handle all of them. I already have the rear aux work light , but really wanna add the other two fronts to angle towards each side of the tractor. Anyone else do this anyway with any luck? I figured that I can just add a relay like a vehicle uses on fog lights and run a direct hot wire from the battery to the lights to eliminate any possible overloads to the factory wiring. I don't accept the "it can't be done logic" because there's always a way to do anything if you want to take the extra effort.

Agreed! A relay will take the load off the switch.

Thanks! I thought so. I have the front light kit ordered and I have to get the relay and wiring done now.

Using a few kits, I just installed three lights -- two forward and one rear. The instructions said the switch could operate three, but not four lights. It was a simple install -- just fed the color coded wires down the inside of the ROPS and plugged into the matching color connector.
