Greetings, Looking at where to fill the transmission. Craftsman tractor Model 917 254450 I looked at the transmission it is a peerless 151 1771.
I see no fill or drain plug. There is a bolt under the pulley that could be a fill plug, not sure. If you been through this let me know I'll be thankful for the information.
