Adding a voltmeter to a 2018 5075E?

I have a small (1 1/8" dia.) digital voltmeter that I would like to add to the dash of my tractor. There's a black plastic flange around the area where all the electronics are. Is there a simple way to remove this? I would like to have it on the ignition circuit while the tractor is running. Has anyone done any of this customization to a 2018 or newer 5075E?
