Brand or Prince? ;-)

$259 for one, $279 for the other....

Criteria is <10gpm (I could go 1/2 that flow and be fine), for size a sensitivity considerations.
1 cylinder float, power beyond and a cast iron monoblock.

Is one or the other "better" constructed?

I would certainly consider a 3 spool valve with the same attributes.

I've been looking at Northern as the vendor. Anyone have any other favorites?

eta

The Chief G series three spool valve from Bailey's looks attractive
SKU 220959. One spool has float, 10gpm. $264...

I've used both Brand and Prince, both are good.
I usually buy from either Surplus Center or search on ebay.

I just looked for a loader valve this weekend and Surplus Center had two choices that fit your parameters in this price range. Either brand should be competitive and offer a good bang for the buck.
