Adding a rear remote for flail mower

You could use a loader valve or a valve with two double acting spools.

You may want one the loader valve or one of the spools to have a float position, so you can make the head angle cylinder float to let it follow the ground. Some ditch bank mowers have a mechanical way to allow some of that, and if yours has that it may be sufficient. Usually it's a slot or short arm that allows some up and down motion relative to the right side 3pt attachment point.

Do you have a mechanical valve that controls the grapple? In that case you can replace it with the new 2 spool valve and run a second set of rear remotes. If it's electric over hydraulic, you should keep that for the 3rd function and add the new valve.

4 port is apparently a dealer provided piece of equipment for my Kubota L3430, and it's about 2000$.
Spoke to Bestco that recommended speaking to dealer..

A lot of people have not been happy with the Grand L valves.

If you can do some fab work for brackets you can make your own for a lot less. There's a lot of threads here where people have shown how they did theirs.

I just put a splitter on the rear for my ditch bank mower. Simple switch for boom or swing, using the rear control lever. Have to disconnect the hoses leading to the front.

If anybody is curious, or stumbles upon this thread, it took me a bit of research to confirm all the part #'s that I documented in detail here

Start with L8305 base kit (includes 1st lever), which must be paired with L8303 or L8304
Add L8306, which must be paired with L8303 or L8304 if you need 2nd lever
Add L8307, which must be paired with L8303 or L8304 if you need 3rd lever
