Adding a hydraulic remote and actuation on a 1020 that doesn't have

New to this 1020 and would much prefer that it had an hydraulic remote and how one would actuate it. Currently having to do a rear end looky see problem, so thought a good time to ask this in case I needed to add a part or several.

Best method to add scv to a 1020 is utilize a scv from a donor(salvage) JD 20-55 series utility tractor. Control valve must be for closed-center hyd system. Cheapest method is install a 1 or 2 spool valve with breakaway couplers mounted on a bracket bolted to rear axle housing. Photo below shows 1 method of attaching external control valve for FEL. Simple scv can have return oil routed to trans case instead of ported hyd filter cover.
