Adding a Coulter for Deere 22B single shank Ripper

Hi TBN,
I'm running a Deere 22B single shank ripper w/a mole ball and would like to know if anyone has any advice on how to add a coulter to the ripper unit. Deere does not seem to have a part # or advice. Thanks for any/all help.

I've been having a bit of trouble with unearthing large clumps of sod in the heavy clay soils of our hayfields. Replacing divots should be left for golfers.
