Yes, the $200 is for the control grip. Depending on how you want to do this, but you would be looking at $1200-$1500 depending on if you want 2 separate controls, 1 on the joystick for the loader and one on the rear remote lever for your 3rd rear remote and have the valves in separate locations or if you want to put the valves together and control the 3rd rear remote with your loader joystick.
Different ways of doing these things, but they all cost $$$$.
