I have been considering filling my tires as well. Keep us posted how your project goes. I have the same machine and I was going to start looking into how much the local tire company would charge, but if I can do it myself and save a few bucks...... Also, I'll be interested to hear what performance improvements you get.

Will do. I've only heard positive remarks about doing it. There have been many posts on the subject. Actually, I was going to post a question to see if there are any drawbacks to tire filling. Because part of my property is sloped the lower center of gravity would be a major plus besides the added traction.

For reference, I was quoted $200 option at time of purchase to fill the tires. Don't know if that varies for different size tires.

Yeah - with the CaCL you need inner tubes. The advantage of using something like windshield washer fluid - you won't need a tube and if you get a flat you can plug it. I'm a little paranoid about that - especially when bushhogging around hawthorns.
