added hydraulics to balewagon

Hello
adding pushoff feet to my 1010 balewagon..
i installed 2 -4ft stroke hyd cylinders, how to hook up
to my tractor quick connect.. ford 5610..do i need to bring
the hyd cyl in and out to a center valve of some sort
than to my tractor..not sure maybe a sequence valve..
has anyone done this..

It's been a long time since I used a balewagon, I can't recall how NH did it.
If you are going to just use cylinders you will need a proportioning valve to split the hydraulic volume
other wise the cylinders will not extend evenly,
from the tractor valve to the 50-50 proportioning valve to the extend ports of the cylinders
then from the retract ports back to the tractor valve,
I think this would be the correct type,

so louny i would tee the 2 return lines from the cylinders back to the tractors other quick connect
valve..and i guess it would dump back into the holding tank..
when one cylinder starts to push does it wait for the other to catch up..
not sure..

The rotary flow divider is supposed to meter the fluid volume equally which should keep the cylinders equal, a quick read on the surplus center page for the divider mentions bottoming out the cylinders to reset the metering.
Yes, i believe the retuns should just tee together and return to the tractor quick connect.
