Add a mower clutch to Trac Vac?

I am trying to see if I can install a mower PTO clutch on the 11HP B&S engine of my Trac Vac to stop the vac fan when traveling to dump it. I just changed the clutch on my JD GT275 and it looks doable. The shaft on my mower is 1 1/8" dia. while the B&S has a 1". Is there a clutch with a 1" hub availible?

Your project is doable. 1" hubs are available. You will have to determine if you need a clutch that rotates clockwise or counter clockwise.
I use Extreme clutches. It has a machined pulley with replaceable bearings.
