Add a little versitility to the boom pole.

I got tired of on and off the tractor when the cable or chain would slip off so this fixed that problem. The boat type winch helps when just lifting something in one place. Doc said I should not be lifting heavy stuff. How in the heck can you go day to day without. Still have to do some more painting.

Nice setup.
I did about the same with mine with a 12V winch. I made it reversible using Ford starter solenoids mounted in a small box.
