Quick Hitches adapter and hook for Quick Hitch (Harborfreight)

I lost the hook for my quick hitch, do not ask, an embarrassing lesson learned. Also, I decided that I needed an adaptor for the "floating" 3-point attachments.

As most of the previous catalog numbers reported here are not current, so here, cut/pasted from my invoice are the most up to date (as of 08/12/2009)

HF really is amazing on replacement parts service.

I didn't anchor their 20x20 tarp carport adequately. (I tied it to the ground anchors with old junk ropes, and they snapped). Replacement intersections and tubes, I think seven pieces in all, cost under $25 delivered! Thanks HF.

And a little comedy. I ordered that top adapter for the Quick Hitch, the Y shaped piece designed to be yanked or pushed by a farm tractor up to 45 horsepower. It arrived in its little OEM box 2"x6"x10". Carefully packed inside 2 cubic ft of styrofoam peanuts! HF must have had some -real- bad experiences with UPS.

California -- mine arrived the same way -- not sure how you would possibly need the protection they gave it -- the outer box was so big I thought they sent the wrong piece
