I do not want to start a flame war but

I wish to ask about dealer pricing.

Are all the Kubota dealers charging the

same for thier respective model lines or

does it vary a lot with delivery costs etc.?

The reason I ask is that a neighbor bought

her kubota from a dealer over eighty miles

away when two dealers are closer, one is

thirty miles away and the other is sixty five

miles away and and does the service dept does

not want to to travel this far for a service call etc.

I would love to buy a standard B7800 with everything-

cab, heater, high output alternator, flail mower,

rear snow blower, front end loader, etc.

Like I said I do not want to start a flame war but:

It could vary as much as a car delership does. Don't loose track of well spent money (within reason of course) You just might get the dealer service you deserve for an extra $500. I always price around and when the deal is about to go sour let them know what the other dealer is doing. If they want it they will take it or at least come close to matching it. Do your research on all the dealers if you can before you even ask what the price is. Just my 2 cents:D

price can very by thousands and thousands. New England prices for example tend to be much higher than the rest of the country.

I bought from Neil Messick on here down in PA as a result. No problems. I expect to do most of my own service in any case due to being on an island, so that was no issue.

I always buy from the best (lowest) priced dealer. I have a trailer to avoid any delivery charges. I have never had to take a tractor for repairs (knock on wood) I have been lucky with not getting a lemon but if I do I will deliver it through the window at the dealer.

Not sure where you are located but check with Brady at Barlow equipment. He had alot of positive feedback from customers here so I gave it a shot. I could not be happier hes a great guy to deal with and also had the best price. The hole process was painless.

Not sure about B/C subdivision I've been as far east as mason road and there is no flooding there, not really much damage (for a hurricane) just limbs, and a few shingles as far as I've seen, sounds like more damage further east

Price varies greatly by dealer and location. It also varies greatly if there are a lot of dealers close by for competition.

Kubotas are very well made and rarely need any service. If you can change oil and pump a grease gun you can do all that is needed. The owners manual shows you how. Simple stuff designed to be simple to do.

I'd buy the cheapest and go to bed happy every night.
