Looks well planed, must of been his favorite and a 2 wheeler with a seat, trailer with small generator
Surprised the cemetery would allow that in there.
Might also be something the grounds keeper uses to do his work

That type of tractor is so common overseas ... and used for so many things. That one is probably the smallest I've seen. The ones I saw in SEA and Germany were fairly large. I remember watching a fella pull a wagon up a vineyard slope in Germany with one. It was spinning and bouncing a bit and he had weights on the front to try to help with traction. (steep hill) But it was probably like 25 - 30 hp and the wheels were 18 - 20".

Looks to me like a machine to move headstones or caskets around the cemetery.

I believe that was a German built roto-tiller, in its previous life, but for the life of me, I can't remember the manufacturer's name. The back end looks like it was home made to fit the purpose.:D
