You wanna hang people for putting stuff next to graveyard tombstones?? Wow!!!!!
I never suggested hanging anyone. In fact I think it's way over the top for for most things. There's yet to be a crime listed here that justified a hanging on the first offense.

Throwing trash out or dropping off unwanted dogs or cats from a vehicle should be a moving violation with serious consequenses.

One thing I have discovered that seems to help a little is mow the right of way bordering the highway next to my property. Overgrown shoulders seem to be good spots to toss your garbage. Out of sight, out of mind I guess. If I have not had time to mow, when I get to it, the bush hog does a wonderful job of shredding plastic and aluminum containers and the occasional glass beer bottle. One would think that two and two would come to mind while dodging potential tire hazards left after I mowed and blew it out onto the road. But then those that litter don't have the brain capacity to put two and two together.

My neighbour heard some odd noises out on the road near his house so he went to investigate and found a lady dumping large pieces of concrete on the side of the road.
He approached her and she showed signs of embarrassment at being caught. Her excuse was that the local tip would not accept them so she needed to get rid of them.
Now being the ultra polite fellow that he is, he explained that what she was doing was illegal (which she knew) and then he very nicely helped her load it all back on her trailer again.
We do get dumpings along some roads here as the council only opens its' tip 3 days a week which doesn't suit all the people who are shifting house mid week so they find a quiet spot and dump their rubbish. I just hope I catch one of them one day.

I mow all of my roadbanks. I think that's why I have little trash thrown out on them.

Beer cans, the occasional beer bottle, fast food wrappers and unfortunately some diapers are the norm.

Recently the entire axle and tires of a semi trailer came through the fence and 100 yards +- into the pasture. Truck must not of even stopped.

Lucky the cows were in another pasture.

Hwy 237 between Hwy 290 and LaGrange Texas

Holy crap.. The entire axle and tires?! They would have needed to change my dirty diaper if I saw that happen!

LOL - Well stated!
Good doesn't make stupid people. People make stupid people. God creates, people choose to be ignorant. But they are also taught to be disrespectful, arrogant and told they are entitled to what everyone else has.
They are also taught that is ok to inconvenience someone else as long as they make it convenient for themselves.

I have known people who were intelligent but ingnorant..which is different from stupid. You see, ignorant people "ignore consequences" whether caught in the act or not. Its a mental deficiency that normal people can't understand. These people have some wires crossed in the ole noggin. If you ever watch the show "Cops" those are the 40,50 and 60 year old men (a few women) who do not respond to consequesces...my 2 cents worth
