A sad day for a B7500 owner

Good Luck Rob,
Sounds like you'll wind up back on the country some day when it's right for you and your family.

don't sell, rent your place, then you can come back later; if you sell, when you decide to move back, the property values will have gone up dramatically, making it much harder to do.

If there's anyway you can swing it, do what Heehaw said. Rent it out. If you have family nearby to co-ordinate the deal. . . .

Property values are always on the rise and the day may come where you desire to (or need to) go back.

I look at my own four children and see them weeding the garden, raising goats, pigs and chickens, learning alot of the things many never learn. I commute 45 miles each way, (about an hour and a quarter) each way and every day the traffic gets heaver and heavier. I work flex hours so I start at 5:30 AM and I'm home by 3:30 , in time to get the kids off the bus.

Anywho. . . I wish you the best of luck with whatever path you choose (I'm sure you always research your options well. . . .after all you did end up Orange. . . didn't you?).

(Why not keep the 7500? You could be the best equipped person in the neighborhood!!!)

Family always comes first. You'll never regret making a decision that allows you to spend more time with your family, I know that I never did. Also, kids grow up real fast. My kids are grown and gone now, and it's hard to believe how fast those years went by. Before you know it, you'll be looking for a place out in the country again! Maybe you ought to store your 7500 at your in-laws. It'll wait for you...

Tis a shame you have to leave your lovely place and tractor, but yes family is important.

I work at home, so get to have breakfast, lunch, afternoon swim/play and dinner with my son.

If I were back in the big smoke, I'd hardly see him either.

Hard decision to make, but maybe if the $$ allow, I'd go with the other suggestions to rent your place.

That too is hard if you are very fuddy with your place, to see it possibly not looked after. Dunno about over there but here it is hard to find a renter on acreage.

Cheers and good luck /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
