I was given a pretty nice 6ft three point disc. Works like a champ on my TC29D FWD.

Since I have the disc I really have no need for a rototiller. They are nice and my buddy has one, but I would not use it enough.

However, the disc won't turn the soil in some cases.

My question, can my tractor handle a three point 2 bottom plow? I could turn the soil and then polish off with the disc and drag.

I would not plow often, maybe 1 acre per year.

I pull a 2-12" bottom plow with my TC29D. I wouldn't try anything bigger, but this setup works good. The only time I have trouble is in hard clay sod, then the front end comes up and the rear wheels spin, even with differential lock on. It has plenty of HP, just needs more weight.

You might want to reconsider the tiller though. I rarely use my plow now that I have a tiller. They are expensive though, much more than a plow.
