spent a lifetime working in and around pork slaughter plants..... inevitably the largest/strongest guy on the kill floor would get assigned the job of using the AiRA bung dropper and aitch bone cutter..... google it and imagine a modern plant where a guy does 1,100+ pigs / hour (that's on the line cutting a bung out every 3 seconds!!!) they are used for large sausage casings giving the snap to the sausage that the all natural meat eaters want.

I had no idea a hog a$$ had a bone. When you kill and gut a hog you just circle it with a knife and pull the whole apparattus back through the inside. I guess there is a bone back there, never knew it as a rectum bone though. Those wqould be good served with rice.

It's gluten free too.
