Went a different route...
Welded on these ESCO brand adapters and teeth.
They are flush with the cutting edge and I will try it out tomorrow and report back.
Since it's a working machine, I don't care much about the mismatched paint.
The paint will be scraped off anyway with the work I have yet to do.

I am a function over form kind of guy. And my tractor is red so I have no dog in the fight... but, you got green all over your orange. Does that violate some kind of law of nature, or forum rules or something? Let us know how she digs.

With all the road base/gravel I have to move over the next few weeks, I figure most a lot of the paint will be worn off soon anyway.

... onto the function

I moved mostly compost and fill dirt around today, but did test it in the hard clay soil and it's far more effective as I expected.
I did not have the time to dig a big hole like this fellow... but I probably could. No way without the teeth though.
