Skip,
I do not know exactly what my dealer did to make it run faster, but he said he got about 5-6 additional mph from the tire/wheel switch and about 5 from "other things." I can attest the machine feels much more punchy than the stock gas (or diesel) that I drove when they first arrived. It accelerates quickly and seems to really move. I also like the way it has enough power to maintain speed up long pulls. The machine has a 2" lift front and rear and does have the hydraulic lift. If you look really carefully you can see the switch to the left of the steering wheel. The stereo is detachable and it and the speakers are outdoor use, so water and weather will not bother them, but I am still keeping it inside except when using. The skid plates are custom fabricated for the machine to provide extended underbody protection. They were the one item that held us up because they were not just right the first time, and my friend is very picky about things. The winch is detachable and can be moved front-rear. I plan to get a snow blade next fall for the winter, and I bet it will plow fine. I also think it probably will go off road OK with the extra ground clearance, real four wheel drive, suspension travel and those tires. Looking forward to getting it dirty around the house. Only thing left is the light bar which is coming. The Gator is already wired up for it.
