A different type of cell phone tower question.

How does one go about finding companys that are looking for property to install
a cell phone/communications tower ? I have prime property for such towers and would be interested in talking to a company that needed land for a tower.

Do a Google search for Tower Siting Services. The cellular industry is very compartmentalized, and most carriers use an independant siting service.

Also, they will find you and tell you if it is a prime site or not. Mine was because it is located right along the 90 and a lot of drivers use cell phones while on the thruway. There is also a dead end road right in the middle of our land so they had the driveway and location. However, I am glad we didn't get the tower as I don't like other people going down back with our deer down there. Too hard to keep track of workers and poachers.
