97 New Holland 3930 Leveling Box Question

Hello again. My question is can i convert my current style leveling box which is almost froze up and change it to a style with crank handle. The only ones i can find say they fit a 3910 and not a 3930. I have had my leveling box apart and cleaned and re greased and thought it was free. But at last its not, the gears look fine in it, but i have to take a hammer and hit the pin to turn it, So i am wanting to know if one like the leveling box pictured would work.

I just replaced both lift bars with leveling box lift bars, they work great, not quite as heavy as the OEM but they were $95/ea. vs $375 for an OEM leveling box. My old ones were stripped and welded to a fix length, made it impossible to adjust tilt.

You need to study the dimensions of the one that fits the 3910 to see if it will work for you.
I had the same issue with my Ford 1920, and was able to find one. As I recall, the claim was that it fit only the Ford 1910.

Thank's I have one ordered from tsc they say it will fit, some of the reviews of it say it will fit with minor modification. we shall see i guess in a few days. I like the idea of putting them on both sides and had already thought of that but want to see how the first one does before jumping in with two. I decided to go with tsc just in case it don't work i will just return it (i hope) and try a different route. Definately a whole lot cheaper than oem replacement from dealer $73 vs almost $400 like you said.

I was going to suggest the same as my 3910 has a HD manual box. Have to be careful as the lifting parts on it and on the 2000 and 3000 are night and day different. The 3910 is built for Cat II (with inserts on the lift arms to accept Cat I implements) while the other tractors are setup for Cat I....smaller/weaker components.

I just wanted to follow up on this post i started. I did get the tractor supply Leveling box and it seems to be well made and works properly with my 1997 3930. **Be aware the new top yoke on the new leveling arm has a different size smaller hole and the original pin will not fit, TO FIX, just simply remove the old yoke off the old arm and it fits in the new arm and use the original pin when you put the new arm in place**** took all of 10 minuets to change it out, grease it up and ready to go....It seems to be a good fix for this problem and for around $80 bucks can't complain.......
