90 inch mowing deck belt breakage

i broke a set of belts last year and already broke a belt this year, i admit i'm cutting 2-3 foot high grass, know of any replacement option for these small belts, expensive at about $75 a piece thanks

You are fooling yourself if you expect to mow 3' tall grass with a belt drive finish mower. Ain't gonna happen. It's just a matter of how many $75 belts it takes to pay the tuition bill in full.

Funny way of putting it but true. Pay the tuition bill ..... It is a 90" finish mower and not a rough cut rotary mower.
