Rotary Cutter 9" OFFSET LIFT ONLY???????????

I'm thinking about buying a BUSH HOG SQ84T SERIES 7 MULTI-SPINDLE ROTARY CUTTER MOWER.
Question is in the description it says:

* Type Hitch: Category I Hitch 9 Inch Offset Lift Only

What does it mean by the 9" offset lift only? I have a 1999 Kubota L4200 with cab and the lift arms are standard as it came from the factory.

It looks like the 3pt frame is offset on the mower body (not centered) Brush Hog has the manual on their site you can look at.
