9/11 Victims Link - Not for Fun

I thought some of you might find this link interesting. It is a database on CNN of all of the 9/11 victims. It shows a thumb nail photo of most along with some basic data about them. You can sort by any criteria by clicking on the header at the top of the column or even click on the name for a detailed memorial. Yesterday (thursday) the Marines and Sailors of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, comprised of Units from my local area, sent to Afghanistan on Sept. 20th, returned home to a Hero's welcome. Bussinesses closed and adults and school children lined the streets from the port where they arrived to their home bases to salute and welcome home our Hero's. When you live close to this, you always remember this war against terrorism is not over.
I hope all will remember and say a prayer for the Victims of terrorism, and for our men and women of the Armed Forces of this great Nation of ours.
I hope you all join me and say we shall never forget what happened on September 11th.

Thanks so much for sharing this. The New York Times website has something similar where they provide a small paragraph on each individual lost on 9/11. This has a bit more, where friends and relatives can share personal tributes and goodbyes. I've bookmarked it and will spend a bit more time here later today. Thanks again.
