I am having trouble with the hydralic lift i can get it to raise up but it will not go back down. I need to know how to fix it

There is no hydraulic down-pressure on the 3PH. It is gravity ONLY. And the 3PH arms dont weight much.

So have you tried this with an implement on the back? or have you tried standing on the arms for a little added weight?

And you may also want to try asking in the parts/repair section.

if some weight on them don't make them drop.. pull the inspection cover with the dipstick in it and make sur ethe control rod from the top cover to the pump is moving fully back and forward witht he touch control handle. try helping it and see if the arms drop / raise

ps.. dirty gritty oil can stick the exhaust portion of the control valveing too.
